Commissioned by Suppressed Creatives for the Odera Hotel in Tinos, Greece

Commissioned by the Odera Hotel in Tinos, Tell It To The Island consists of twelve collages derived from photographs found in 1960s tourist guides, produced when the island was shaping its identity as a destination.

By reworking archival imagery, Bagaki reflects on memory and transformation, examining how tourism mediates landscape and belonging. The series reveals tensions between lived place and constructed image, exposing how external gazes script geographic identity over time.
